On 26th October, the Worker Protection Act 2023 will come into force in the UK.
An amendment of the 2010 Equality Act, the Worker Protection Act 2023 aims to better protect employees from sexual harassment by ensuring that employers take preventative measures to prevent sexual harassment.
UKHospitality teamed up with The Equality and Human Rights Commission, who will be enforcing the new legislation and workplace experts, Acas, to deliver the webinar on the new mandatory duty for employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
