EHRC interim update on the UK Supreme Court Equality Act judgment

In April, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) produced an interim update providing guidance on how employers should interpret the UK Supreme Court judgement relating to the meaning of gender and sex in the Equality Act 2010.
