Hospitality businesses give evidence to the Low Pay Commission

The Low Pay Commission (LPC) is the independent body that makes recommendations to Government on minimum wage rates and associated policies.

It works to a remit from Government but collects evidence from a wide range of stakeholders, including UKHospitality and its members.
