On Wednesday 28th February we held our second annual Workforce and Skills event.
The full day conference brought members together to share experiences, learn from experts and receive updates on the workforce and skills landscape.
The programme focused on the five key areas identified in our Workforce Strategy as integral to solving the issues faced by the sector:
- Recruitment
- Skills and training
- Working lives
- Image of the sector
- Infrastructure
