What do our attendees say?

A really valuable event for anyone working on sustainability in hospitality. The sessions covered a broad range of issues, but there was always a clear focus on what businesses can actually do differently. It was also a great opportunity to hear how others in the sector are approaching similar challenges.

Hannah Mitchell, Head of Sustainability, The Harbour Hotel Group

The event brought together a really strong mix of people from across the industry. I particularly enjoyed hearing different approaches to sustainability and the conversations that followed the sessions. I left with a much clearer idea of where we could make some practical changes.

James Carter, Operations Director, North & Co Hotels

It was refreshing to hear such an honest discussion around sustainability. Lots of useful takeaways, without feeling like the usual high-level conversation.

Sophie Williams, Group Procurement Manager, The Dining Collective

There was a great mix of speakers and perspectives throughout the day. I came away with plenty of ideas to take back to our business.

Tom Richardson, Facilities & Estates Director, UrbanStay Hotels

What I found most useful was the focus on practical solutions rather than sustainability in theory. There were some really honest conversations about the challenges businesses face and some great examples of what’s working in practice.

Olivia Bennett, ESG & Sustainability Manager, Oak & Vine Hospitality
